Spooky Month Photoshoot- Behind the Masks

TW: Boobs out, horror content and sharps (knife and hatchet)

Ahh Spooktober! My favourite month of the year and the time that my creative content turns spooky, taboo, dark and twisty. If you are already familiar with me as a full human, then you’ll know I adore horror. Books, films and games in that genre give me all the happy, plus that unnerved feeling that only comes from a dark, terrifying story. So, when organising my most recent photoshoot I simply had to go full spooky bitch to celebrate my favourite time of year! The photographer I was planning on working with is also a sculptor with loads of masks he had made himself or bought that I could wear. What better way to celebrate Halloween than with spooky masks?!

I got an early train to Dundee, arriving at the studio around 11am with a bag full of lingerie, my black cape and my make-up freshly applied on the train journey. Looking through the masks, we paired them with my outfit choices, as well as deciding which masks would work best for nude sets. The best part about using John’s studio is that it is full of weird and wonderful potential props, while being an artist’s level of messy. That atmosphere is perfect for a creepy shoot, with huge windows for good light and just the right amount of dust that you could pretend it was an abandoned building filled with cursed objects.

Honestly unsure if spooky, or a Skeletor Cosplay haha

Our first set was my one of my most recent Killstar purchases, a fishnet bodysuit with a reversed pentacle across my chest, with my cape and skull mask. It was probably my most safe for work set of the ones to come, even if you could see my nipples peeking through the fishnet. There was a sculpted skull in the studio, so we added that in as a prop too. I can guarantee that there will be some of my subscribers who will be actively jealous of that skull as it sat between my thighs, but a little jealousy is good for them 😉 I did manage to get a good Hamlet style photo too, which definitely gives me all the happy as a book nerd. “To be spicy, or not to be spicy… that is the question!”

Set two- Classic Lace 🙂

Then we broke out my lace bodysuit. I’m a huge fan of that outfit, another of Killstar’s best. This set was the main reason for doing my makeup as dark as I did. I wanted that spooky, dark goddess, drawn by Tim Burton vibe and I was living for the look! I think John outdid himself with the angle choice and lighting, which accentuated my best features, while giving me the ability to hide some of the parts of me that still trigger some body dysmorphia (tummy and chin mostly). The pictures came out beautifully and I’m so happy with the noir/black and white vibe that we chose for the editing process.

Eat your heart out!!

After that we did get proper spooky. John had an old costume mask that looked like a painted doll. It had some scratches and dents, which just added to the level of creepy. The moment I put it on I went into a headspace of being some sort of haunted doll, that would sit on a shelf until some unwitting person woke me up. Adding in a knife and fork was just for fun, but it ended up working really well. I could gesture to my chest, with the suggestion of eating my own heart out… or perhaps the viewers heart. You’d think that it could it get creepier, but you’d be wrong. The next two masks gave the best photos of the day, with all dark, scary energy I could have wanted!

TW for the next set. Contains sharps.

The Pumpkin Queen

This next set was my favourite by a huge margin, although all of the photos were good from this shoot. There was something so creepy about this mask that brought out the part of me that loves the darkest of psychological horrors. The inclusion of the hatchet completed the look and made me feel like the villain from a slasher movie. I channelled my inner Freddy Krueger, and we created a set of photos that I will happily bring out again every Halloween!

There were several more photo sets in this session, but I’m not going to drop the rest.

If you want to find them, you know where to go! On that note there has been a few changes to my spicy sites. In the next week or so I will be closing my PocketStars, AdmireMe and Fansly. After a year or so with these platforms I have decided that they are a lot of extra work for little reward. Now that I am more comfortable with my knowledge of the industry and my strengths, I plan to focus my attention on my ManyVids, OnlyFans, Stripchat and Pornhub presence, as well as my blogging and modelling. So, make sure you check out my links now they’ve been revamped and enjoy watching me finally finding my feet in the industry!

Love, cuddles and spooky smoochies,

Kitty xxx
